Using the latest industry leading 3D software, Solidworks Premium™ and Solidworks Visualize™, we design your project in a virtual world exactly as it will be in the real world. Every radius, chamfer, hole and detail are included in the 3D model meaning what you see, is what you get. The 3D model can be used not only for creating drawings but also for producing photo realistic renders for use on promotional literature/websites. We also use the 3D model to create detailed exploded diagrams for your product literature. We can also design a 3D model to work with CADCAM software to speed up your manufacturing processes.

From our 3D models, we produce highly detailed 2D drawings that can be used for client approval, presentations or for manufacturing. As the original model is in 3D, we can include isometric images to better display what the part or product will look like and can show these from any angle. Our understanding of machining tolerances, production methods and our thorough attention to detail means we include the important information needed on the drawing. We can create drawings up to A0 in size and will happily create drawing borders with your company details and specific information on.

Once a model or drawing has been produced our support doesn’t stop there. From creating detailed O&M (Operating and Maintenance manuals), product or sales literature, promotional images or literature, exploded diagrams, website graphics, PowerPoint presentations, repair manuals, price lists and much more.
