An HPU brings together the reservoir, pump and motor, manifolds and valves, filtration and cooling into one engineered package. We size and arrange each element around your flow, pressure and duty-cycle requirements, and design the tank, mountings and access for a unit that is practical to build, install and maintain.

Our HPU Design Service

Using SolidWorks Design Premium we produce a full 3D model of the power unit and its components, general arrangement and detail drawings for manufacture, and a parts list. We also design the manifolds, circuit diagrams and pipework that go with the unit, so the whole system is documented together.

Alongside power units we design manifolds, rack-and-pinion rotary actuators, oil and water intensifiers, rotary distributors and the associated valving – the building blocks of a complete hydraulic system.
