Using the latest Solidworks Premium™ CAD software, we offer a complete service for any type of product design. We are used to working on complex projects and pride ourselves on our attention to detail and thoroughness. Our extensive understanding of materials, machining processes, welding, paint finishes and our passion for what we do means we can design your products to the highest standards ensuring they are fit for purpose. We are used to working to general engineering standards such as BS and ISO as well as customer specifications.

Our many years of experience in the hydraulics industry covers every aspect of the design chain. From complete systems including hydraulic circuit design, hydraulic power units, pipework  runs, hydraulic cylinders and rotary actuators we can offer you a complete service.

We can design products suitable for any industry and can even provide detailed calculation packages for submitting to CAT3 checkers or third-party inspectors including ABS, DNV and Lloyds Register. We do detailed rod buckling and burst calculations on all our cylinder designs.

We have worked on projects covering many sectors including military, nuclear, civil engineering, water treatment, Formula One, offshore marine, subsea, chemical and food industries. We are happy to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements for those projects that require your information keeping private to you. We see ourselves as a partner, not just a supplier.
